Subject: Wishing you and yours a Happy Easter

Hello Joe:

I want to wish you and your family a Happy Easter.

Just a note on the website.

My younger brother visited the St. Agnes website recently for the first time. He told me he really liked it. He told his wife some of the stories about St. Agnes using the pictures on the web site. He mentioned things that I did not know. For instance that my older brother when he visited us took a goose egg from around the lake. And my brother also said that there was an alligator in the lake. Its been over 33 years since we left St. Agnes and the things we learned and did there still informs our present.

The site is looking good you, David and Peter Feliciano are doing a great job.

regards,
Danny Rodriguez

Subject: RE: StAgnesAlumni.org WebNews #7 Armed Forces Day

Hello Dave:

The Armed Forces Edition of the St Agnes Alumini WebNews is nice.

I was never in the military; although, I have had the distinct pleasure of working with soldiers at the US Army Corps of Engineers. I am impressed by the things that soldiers do. I have seen soldiers from all over the country come together and form into effective teams, in short order, to accomplish some missions at the Corps of Engineers. I think that it is quite fitting that you honor those from St. Agnes who are veterans and those who gave their lives.

regards,
Danny Rodriguez

Subject: RE: St. Agnes alumni 2006 Reunion Picnic

David / Joe:

Thank you v much. I would really appreciate getting a copy of your [St. Agnes Alumni Picnic] slide show. My family and I really had a nice time at the picnic. My big brother Ray was also happy about being at the picnic.

The best thing that happened to me was standing in front of Frank Bradicich on the food line. I introduced myself to him. He asked me if I had ever gone to Palisades Amusement Park. I told him that in our day, 69 to 72, that was one of the best things that happened to us kids, going to Palisades Park. I told him that it was great getting the tickets and being able to go on all the rides for free. I also told him that I would have loved to be able to thank the people who made that possible.

Frank explained that he and the Police Anchor club where responsible for those trips to palisades we Home kids used to make once a year. He must have noticed the humongous smile on my face. I took his hand and thanked him. It was just the greatest honor for me to be able to thank someone for all the good they had done being kind to us St. Agnes kids.

Frank told me that he was a house kid, he left the home for his father’s house, and then he went to the Navy. He got back from the Navy joined the police force and that’s where he joined the Anchor Club that did so much for us. For me that is one person down and one hundred more people I would love to have the opportunity to thank.

Regards,

Danny R
