we've alerted Rogers' best friend in the Bronx..after the funeral in long island, we will be going to the bar where Roger and I and my son Matt went the day we found him. it is a typical Irish bar on middletown road #3005 in the Bronx about a few blocks from where Roger lived. His friend ray will contact the friends and hopefully we'll all share memories and stories about him.

there will be no viewing. Arrangements are being handled by the Strong-Basile funeral home in Warwick. interment will be friday, July 7 at the Long Island National cemetery in Farmingdale Long Island at approx 11:am. We will be leaving Warwick at approx 9:am we are planning a small wake later that afternoon at Jimmy Ryans' bar at 3005 Middletown road in the Bronx

MY BROTHER ROGER PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY IN OUR LOCAL HOSPITAL TONIGHT ABOUT 9 PM. HE WAS 64 YEARS OLD.
....we cannot print negatives about his past. his past made his present. he was tough, he was generous to a fault, I had asked him just last week, if he had it all to do over, would he have changed anything? he said no way, st.agnes, the events there, his traveling, his hardships. no way in hell, would he change anything..he said he had a great life.... he was one tough sob and he is at rest...
THANK YOU JOHNNY ANTONACCI AND OSCAR HERNANDEZ FOR GIVING US THIS YEAR TOGETHER.
